1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer,
but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase
the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as the seller confirms the order by email
or dispatches the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include applicable statutory VAT.
Additional shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly communicated to the
customer during the checkout process.
4. Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the shipping address specified by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, dispatch will take place within 2–3 business days
after receipt of payment.
Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.
5. Payment Methods

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Nature and Characteristics of Goods / Natural Products
Some of the products offered are natural products
(rough minerals, crystals, gemstones).
Natural inclusions, color variations, growth characteristics, or minor irregularities
do not constitute defects, but are typical characteristics of natural materials.
Product images are intended to represent the items as accurately as possible;
slight variations may occur.
9. Liability
The seller shall be fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence,
and in cases involving injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches
of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights shall apply.
Deviations resulting from the natural characteristics of natural products
shall not be considered defects.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention
on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution
proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid,
the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
